LEASE AGREEMENT

The following documents will be required for staying with us:

  • Valid Passport

  • Valid VISA (If you are not a US citizen)

  • Proof of being a medical student or graduate.

Email all your documents to Housing@BrooklynMedicalHousing.com when you pay the deposit amount.


*Please do NOT fill the Lease Form UNTIL you have paid the deposit fee of $350 and confirmed availability with our housing team. To pay the deposit fee, contact our Housing Management Team on WhatsApp: +1 516 784 9404 or Email us: Housing@BrooklynMedicalHousing.com.


*The lease agreement will be emailed within 7-14 business days from the time the lease agreement form is received by us and after you pay the deposit fee and first month’s rent.
